My first experiment with line array speakers was to get a bunch of fairly high quality computer speakers (this was about 15 years ago) and stack them vertically using a framework built from tubes, etc. that I picked up at Boeing surplus center. They were phenomenal. I used them as PA speakers for my band. We put them behind the band and we simply sounded "louder" on stage. We needed no monitors. And thanks to the comb filter effect, there was no filter. Yet the floor volume was pretty consistent from right in front of the stage to the back of the room. I ended up buying 60 or so oval speakers from Newark electronics on the cheap and plan on building a few towers using pvc pipe. And a Sub...
Would you be open and willing to do a review on a screen paint that is claiming to be a true ALR paint when applied? Also claims to perform better than Black Diamond?
@@ThatHomeTheaterDude That's the issue, he won't sell to me and it's way overpriced. Black series edition LLC is the company's name if you want to look into it.
