11:13 It's okay. We're just going to say that that version of Kingpin was a variant/Skrull/mind-controlled whichever best explains the silliness and incredible invincibility. (A variant Skrull that underwent the Luke Cage treatment in another universe where he knew Peter Parker was Spider-man and got pulled into the main MCU dimension during No Way Home, but wasn't sent back at the end because of a mystical incident he had with wong after arriving here Because Comics!)

Tbh Agatha is one of the only projects in phase 5 I’ll watch. But Agatha is not just Kathryn’s show, I heard it’s going to be more of ensemble show.

@@mk6rfc1 Mine is Echo. Agatha had a WAY more interesting and entertaining introduction in Wandavision than Echo did in Hawkeye. I'm stoked to see what Kathryn can do with this character because so far from what I've seen of her, she's been consistently amazing. Agatha's show is practically her going to be the goofy and funny woman she is. Echo's show is going to try and save the already failing character.

I used to be a hardcore MCU fan but my interest has wained over the past few years but I still catch some shows/films every now and then. Im not one of those people who will insult you for liking Marvel like some people because I know that different people are entertained by different things (I would know I used to follow the MCU extensively). But just looking at those projects the one's I might watch would be Guardians 3 (very much enjoyed the first two!), Loki Season 2 (Enjoyed the first season!) and Blade (always loved that character, I like the darker stuff and a big big fan of Mahershala Ali) and maybe Daredevil but consider me skeptical with regards to that one.

I really still don't believe that Kang is the next Thanos. I think rather that it will be the next "Loki". The villain who brings the avengers together and paves the way for the next big threat (which I still think will be Dr. Doom)

Mostly interested in Blade and Agatha. There is still so much of the supernatural world in Marvel that’s so great to explore. Still haven’t even felt like Strange and Wanda has really done much with magic like in the comics.

I think Black Widow was made to introduce new characters, possibly for the new avengers and going into Natasha’s background and how she’s led to come so far, I personally enjoyed it since we got more Natasha but I see where your point stands. Tbh I agree with the adverse on female protagonist movies, and when people see powerful women in movies, they go “ong Marvel is becoming M-SHE-U”

We already knew about the vast majority of these though 🤷🏾‍♂️ Most of it are Disney+ series previously announced. We knew there were GotG3 and Blade films. Same with FF4. Thunderbolts, I can't remember but its no surprise. So the only announcements are the two Avengers films in 2025.

Quantity does not equal quality. To be honest most of phase 5 &6 doesn’t really scream excitement. Aside from a few properties, most of this stuff just feels like padding.

Forgot to mention the fact they are kinda cheating here. Since a lot of this stuff we thought were closing out phase 4 are just starting up phase 5. The real phase starts about halfway through its roadmap, and that’s not even a year till we get phase 6 which so far appears to only be 3 movies.

Hi Grace. I'm 54 years old and have been reading comics since age around age 6, so I have read MANY comics in my life. So when I tell you that the Daredevil 'Born Again' storyline was among the best storyline I've ever read in all those years, I hope it's understood that's saying a lot. And a Disney + version, even over 18 episodes, it initially make me cringe. I hope for the best, and will just leave it that for now. #FingersCrossed

I think they're just using the name "Born Again" as it's a continuation of the show since that storyline was already adapted in season 2 and 3 and Defenders.

I'm not sure how they'd make a heroin addict who betrays the hero sympathetic. Growing up in the "Just say No" culture of the 1980s, they assumed everyone was just getting high for the fun of it, and didn't go into other possibilities like people today getting addicted to opioids due to chronic pain, or that people may have had such horrific abuse in their past that they would take crack or heroin to numb or forget the pain of it. I don't think they explained why Karn got into heroin, other than she was hanging out with Hollywood types while taking roles such as on a soap.

I just hope that those 18 episodes for Daredevil really are the result of Marvel listening to feedback and really wanting to improve the D+ shows experience and not Marvel knowing how people are hungry for Daredevil&Kingpin duo for return and capitalizing on that. But time will tell, I guess.

yeah, like I love hearing peoples theories about whats going to happen, talking with people "oh do you think they will do this? you think _____ will show up? I bet ___ will happen" but when someone is doing that and they already KNOW things that are not publically out there, they are going based off leaks its just not the same and it kind of ruins it/spoils it. Just like you might want to know and theorize what someone got you for Christmas, you still dont want someone who already KNOWS what you got to tell you 2 weeks before christmas

I really hope that they let the Daredevil series really reflect some of the excellent stories that the comics have had over the years. Born Again is one of my all-time favorite comic arcs ever, but it's so dark. I'm nervous when that's in Disney's hands.

Speciation here - everyone (and I mean everyone, Doom included) comes together in Secret Wars to defeat Kang. Then Doom betrays everyone and somehow seizes immense power (Kang's power), and levels up to become the next Big Bad.

If GOTGV3, The Marvels and Ant Man 3 are silly, I can’t understand how they are gonna build Multiverse Saga and make us ready for Secret Wars.

I'm a filthy casual; the only Marvel I've watched since Endgame is Thor: L&T (which I loved). Historically, I only really go out of my way to watch Antman and Korg stuff because I love Paul Rudd and Taika. Paul Rudd was last year's Sexiest Man Alive, and I think this year's should be Taika. But anyway, I just catch up on the other movies when I have nothing else to watch, usually a couple years later. I still haven't watched any of the Disney+ series. The only ones in Phase 5 I'll definitely go out of my way watch are Antman and Blade, but Coven of Chaos has my curiosity.

I only now realized that Daredevil was in Tristan from Star Dust. I loved that movie. Maybe I should try to watch Daredevil after all.

I am a casual myself, BUT- I’m honestly probably watching all of it besides thunderbolts, blade, and I still don’t know if the galaxy movies are for me so maybe vol. 3 too. And though I love Charlie Cox coming into the MCU, I was never really too interested in Daredevil so that too.

This video is awesome! I saw all of the Movies/Shows that are coming out for phase five and to be honest with you i don't know how to feel. I want to be excited yes, but how certain films have turned out i don't know whether to be excited or not! I wish the marvel universe could be as good as Phase 1-3 if they actually took their times and gave the effects artist more time to go their jobs and not rush the final products. But we will see
