Thanks! specs are: i7 9700k, RTX3080, 32gb ram, ssd. I use HP Reverb G2 hmd. This pc is barely enough to run MSFS in vr, i will upgrade to a better gpu&cpu in the future.
I have the Reverb G2 as well. Are you using the Open XR mirror for OBS to record? If so can you help me on my settings? The mirror works well but the view it records is really zoomed in and typically you can only see just above the dash in a GA airplane for example. I need to figure out how to unzoom what the mirror is recording so I can get a nice view like yours to record.
Hi, I would like to help but unfortunately MSFS is broken and I can' t load it for a week, so I can't check my vr settings in OBS. If hou have a Facebook account I recommend the Microsoft Flight Simulator Virtual Reality group where you can ask your quesions regarding the Reverb OBS settings. facebook.com/groups/msfs2020virtualreality
Definetly this is my fav chopper in MSFS :) Worth it, but still in beta. If you like helos don' hesitate, its fun to fly. Very sensitive, powerful, and the sound is great. More patches are coming so this birdie will be better and better...
@@cmm3338 i wouldn't call it "the best", it flies good and makes fun but with costs of realism. If you want a real feeling get the FlyInside 206 atm. But yes, Nobody knows what MS_Asobo does with the next patches, so maybe they raise the realism like they did with the longitude!
@@GaryX1001 Have the 206, have done some irl flying as well. As far a physics go, it is a simulator wide issue of inertia that affects all aircraft atm.. My fix to kind of augment this that I use rn, is creating slight dead zones in my joystick at certain points that corollate with speed. IE different dead zone at 10kts, than 60 kts... that slow certain movements down at speed. Works, was a pain in the ass to set up though.
Its very simple, when your flight is loaded, open the quick toolbar and select fuel, than adjust the weight of copilot and passengers til you see them.
You need more practice landing that CowanSim MD500, thats pretty much a crash if u have crash realism set to higher settings given how hard you came down...
Of course there's always that one guy that has to compare one to the other. Don't call it constructive criticism either, you're just sh!tting on FS2020 itself.
