Please sir make a video for nbe diploma.. can we do fellowship right after nbe diploma or we have to do secondary DNB first and then fellowship?? please. Thank you..
If DNB done in hospital with less than 500 bed, is it one year Senior residency or two years? Does one year additional mean two years of Senior residency? Pls clarify. Thank you.
Hi sir this Dr.Ahmed Basha . I don't know whether you see or care of my message . But I tell you whole heartedly thank you. I have implemented you strategies and followed you as u said..In less time I got very much satisfying and good rank.THANK YOU SIR THANK YOU SO MUCH. May Allah bless you and give you more happiness.
Sir what should one prefer md gen med in peripheral govt hospital or dnb medicine in some good city hospital in terms of good exposure and experience and better career opportunities in the future.
Hi sir ,I have been listening to your videos for a while and I got a rank of 3149 in my first attempt this NEET PG . I am thinking of taking a drop for the november INICET but everyone around me is advising me to not to take the risk . I really wish I could talk to you personally cause I really want to give it a try once . But securing a rank of two digits seems so scary . Is it worth taking the risk?
Considering it is yourfirst attempt, you'll definitely crack inicet in double digit rank if you keep your efforts same and consistent. Also inicet is just 5 months away..
Pickup the seat in this only, no need of going for ini there's not much difference at the end, it's better to get out from this race, experience speaking here was in similar situation like you. Better take it it's a good rank I see no reason in just delaying for starting for your pg when you're getting everything no branch compromise at this rank you'll get good hospital at this rank of all branches
Sir , one help pls ... My rank 50 k , no more attempts hereafter..south indian mother , pls guide me what should I take ? General candidate. Can anyone help. Not interested in nonclinicals . Best options ? .. is it wise to take dip family medicine ? Or payment seat in md transfusion medicine / PSM
Sir I got rank 28k my dream branch is emmergency medicine in low price private colleges . I also have chance's to get in fcps general medicine in govt college So sir which one to choose .??
Dear sir.. Although it's in the directives by national board..you will see the descrepency in stipend in lot of corporate hospitals..!! Take a Delhi state as an example..you will see a significant difference in the stipend paid by Delhi government colleges to their MD /MS students and to the DNB students by corporate hospitals.
@@dr.milindaiims dear sir , the stipend paid in those corporates is still above 70k (take gangaram for instance) . What you mentioned in your video was a meagre amount of 25-30k. Also you have mentioned that dnb entry is easy . When there is only one national level exam of neet pg , i would like to understand how the entry is easy?
Yes agreed sir .but government hospitals in delhi pay almost 1 lac for their MD/MS candidates. State of Maharashtra gives very less stipend which was definitely in very less range. Sir i will take a note of it and change the wording in the video to avoid confusion. Thanks for pointing it out sir. Sir by easy entry I didn't mean disrespect but sir to get MD medicine you should be in top 3-4 k but you can get DNB Medicine at much lesser rank. So as compare to MD it's easier at lesser ranks mainly in peripheral DNB institutes .and sir while narrating that slide i have mentioned that this is what is general opinion not necessarily my opinion.
@@dr.milindaiims people sometimes with ranks 4K-5k also don’t get MD if their state has just one medical college running PG courses. This time itself you’ll see people within 1000 ranks have opted for DNB medicine. And people with ranks 5-6k have got MD medicine through state quota (gen category). So entry nowadays specifically from neet 2022 onwards is easy for neither of the two. And you mentioned about stipend discrepancy. I feel even that is very relative. For example in Delhi itself Lady Hardinge pays meagre 70k around while Hindurao, DDU pay more than a lakh.
