In layover u don’t go outside airport or enter inside country so I think no need for mdac

If travelling on the very same PNR, upto the destination country, no question of clearing the immigration. Therefore, MDAC, not required.

U will write the date on which u r arriving at Malaysia airport, most probably at Indian airport they won’t ask to show mdac, mdac is for Malaysia not any other country

Hi, I’m travelling to Malaysia tomorrow and trying to fill the arrival form today. It’s asking for departure date and last port of embarkation before Malaysia in the form so I’m bit confused here, which date should we put here ? I mean date of departure from india to Malaysia or return date from Malaysia to India? India to Malaysia Malaysia to Singapore Singapore to India Then what will be the last port?

Hi there. Travellig from LAS to KUL, with first transrit at SFO and second transit Japan. Understand that for last port of embarkation would be Japan (pls correct me if im wrong). However what about my transportation number? Should i input the first flight number from LAS or the last flight Japan-KUL. Pls help. Thanks.

I think if u not going outside airport then no need to fill mdac bcoz I think then u won’t go to Malaysia immigration either
