I have Crohn’s disease and over the years, I’ve gotten over the noisy 💩 in public places. It’s a bathroom. That’s what it’s for. If you don’t want to hear someone blowing the toilet apart, don’t go in a public bathroom. My comfort means more to me than some squeamish person hearing me. Everybody poops! There’s a book about it 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Sometimes I’ll know someone is sitting on the toilet and hurry to leave but in my head I’m like “girl just shit- don’t hold it in on my account!”

White noise apps on your phone work too. I don't have IBS but a shy bladder and ive been known to just turn on a faucet when I come into a bathroom.

I downloaded a white noise app on my phone for situations just like these. I play the 'fan' noise loud enough for everyone to hear. I think everyone probably appreciates it lol.
