Hey man you actually look pretty good for a "bigger guy" im actually pretty big myself and I'm trying to slim down so i can play football with my buddys but your actually pretty good looking my advice (if its worth anything lol) is to hit the gym or even work out in your house for 30 minutes a day 10 minutes cardio 10 minutes biceps and 10 minutes abs its helped me a lot actually so just put your mind to it with the help of some tunes and your good to go!
Though I can’t relate, it’s always good to get your feelings out about something like this and maybe if you do feel bad about it then you should workout. Don’t be scared.

I fell more energy and happiness when I look better in mirror than on older photos. That effect work in both ways. I see on myself. So I will tip you to pose to mirror. Trying to catch the best part. The best muscle especialy if you work out.
