Erins: ‘moon’ is nOnO, we don’t use that, that’s too sacred Also Erins: wait, Moonflower... that was a mistake we swear. Ambermoon? Well.. also a mistake-
Ava Elias Lol. Than they go all out like ‘OH WELL JUST HAVE MOONSHADOW SUNSHADOW SUNFALL HALFMOON AND A BAGILLION OTHERS **coughcough it was an accident’
When I used to roleplay I’d always be the “boyfriend” just because no one ever was mine so I did it just so I could break all of their hearts and spite them all
I found warriors cats, when my brother was talking about when he was young, he loved warriors cats, and it was stupid because it was cats only fighting. Knowing me I immediately bought it and I became obsessed.
I'm obsessed to My friend brought me 'into the wild' and I saw a cat on the cover. That's how I love warrior cats. I'm almost on twilight. Finishing starlight, so yeah
For me it was just one of my friends in school who probably just thought, “This book has cats so maybe my friend will like it.” So I read about 2 chapters of Into the Wild before having to return the book to the school library and that’s how I discovered warrior cats.
Some people might have their own rules for world building in RPs too, like I've been in and hosted some that had banned prefixes which were stuff like star, moon, sun, and clan names. I know a common complaint some have with Warriors is that Erin Hunter didn't world build enough and its a bit of a free for all.
Same with Moon Back in the day, the "Moon" prefix was also a bannable offense That's right, Moonkitti used to be illegal Then Bluestar's Prophecy came out and tossed that out the window and she was probably released from cat jail because the law was no longer valid.
And now we live in an incredible time where “star” “flip” “thrift” “sneeze” “shadow” “Bella” “Riley” “Harvey” and many other amazing prefixes have been proven to be legal.
Moonkitti: my oc's name was cloverheart and her only personality trait was having kits. luckily, she's gone forever clovertail, sweating nervously: haha yes she's completely gone Clovertail (into comn): I've been compromised
I had a similar experience with Warriors. Discovered the books as a wee lad at the elementary school library. Saw it was about cats and decided to give it a shot. Read through the entire 1st series in like 3 days after school. Then consistently followed the series up through Omen of the Stars, skipping most of the Super Editions along the way. After The Last Hope I stopped reading because I figured Warriors was over. ("What the hell is Seekers?") I only got back into the series and subsequently the fandom this past summer, and I have since read every Warriors book except for Crookedstar's Promise (don't care), binge-watched every MAP, Moonkitti video, and other misc. PMVs and fandom content I could find, and altogether just immersed myself back into the world of these dumb, lovable cats. I gotta say: Warriors is a _lot_ more enjoyable for me now than it was when I was a kid. As a kid, I had _zero_ ability to visually imagine any of the cats if the color of their pelt wasn't literally in their name. Coming back to the series and discovering all this animated content that simply didn't exist back in 2007-2011 has made understanding the series and recognizing the characters soooo much easier. It also helps that Alderheart is Best Cat and having AVoS serve as my reintroduction to the series was perfect in every way.
I remember I had started Warrior Cats in middle school, read up on most of the main series that came out until about my Sophomore year in high school up until The Last Hope and.. didn't ever read the Last Hope until I was a freshman in college. I cried in that book because it was just kind of a recollection of my childhood finally coming to a close. Now I'm a senior in college and hoo boy I am a cat nerd and am patiently waiting for The Silent Thaw to come out and I have no friends to share my love of cat books with so I just read them and silently obsess with others on the internet about the inner workings of the WC world. I'm not even truly a cat person either 😂
So hear me out. I found the SSS warrior cat episodes when I was nine. I didn't know English and I lived in Mexico. I was obsessed with this "series" and I had no idea it was a book until a year later when I moved to the U.S and found "Firestar's Quest" and "A dangerous Path" in my middle school library. I was very confused. I had never read a whole book in my life before, I just wanted to see the new episodes of the animation. 80 Books or so later here we are. Also I learned English so fast from reading that I was in Pre-AP English classes one year after I started learning English. Thanks for coming to my TED talk.
TheNNoooorr lol I found her a couple years ago when I was looking around for warriors animations (back when they were rare) and found her “starkit” recreations
Please continue with this career as a funny cat animator, you cannot even understand how much I love your channel. Frankly I’ve watched all of your warriors videos at least twice if not many many more times. Please don’t stop this, not now, not ever, my heart can’t take it. Thank you for listening to my ted talk
Living for this Neopets tea. I'm a couple years younger than you, but my story is basically the same lmao. I can't remember how much I roleplayed though. Dropped it for quite a few years and now I'm back into it. I went up to partway through Power of Three, and I still haven't picked up another book, but I've been meaning to.
Why is your voice so hecking adorable ;-; I’m out here sounding like a dude that smokes 20packs a day when I’m very much female and only in my teens. ;-; ( cries in really deep voice )
I got into Warriors because I saw a book with a cat on the cover in Half Price Books. Then proceeded to buy Midnight because it had a 1 on the side and I didn't know there were arcs. Didn't realize my mistake until I got part the second chapter and it still didn't make sense.
oh please, Ferncloud only ever had like 7 kits and only 4 of them made it to adulthood Try on Snowbird, a ShadowClan bg character who had 10 kits, like 8-9 of them making it to adulthood
I got into WC when I bought Into the Wild and Midnight at Barnes and Noble (I probably got a gift card for my birthday or something). I caught up on the series from the library and started buying books as they came out around Power of Three, but stopped reading at the beginning of Omen of the Stars Then a little less than a year ago I found a Warriors MAP looking for a song and came back to this fandom hard. So glad I did 😊
That character isn't 'tacky'. I wish people had open minds when it comes to characters, not just designing characters so they look good but following their vision, same with books and movies
I don't even remember anything about Skyclan's Destiny when I tried to read it a few years ago. I just remember it being ridiculously boring and putting it back on the library shelf halfway through.
fun fact: ive been watching moonkitti for as long as i can remember. (i still remember when you posted that "cow of the wild opening" video. lol i need to get a life.)
you should finishit anywhere from next summer to several years from now depending how fast you go through it. its like the 5th longest work int the english language now that they added epilogues
Dominique Martinez Yeah lol, I’m already almost finished with the fifth act so I think I’ll be able to finish it in the summer. I pretty much just wanna finish it and the epilogues so I can play pesterquest lol
God I wish I knew people who actually like Warrior Cats. I knew NO ONE who was into it, and I was way to shy to go on sites and rp or anything. But here I am, 25, still loving a story about cats in a forest. Still Loving Squirrelflight, and no hating Bramblestar, even though he used to my favorite. Alderheart is best, no exceptions
I absolutely love Warriors...and I wish I'd actually gotten somewhere with my channel making Warrior cat videos, but I just never did that. I suck at animating lmao, and I don't have a good animation program...and if I got one, it'd take forever to learn how to use it and I just. I dunno, I want to animate but feel like I don't have time to do all that
Me when ever I enter yt: has moonkitti posted? I’ve watched everything! Yt: Ha! No Me: 😿😿😿 NEXT DAY Yt: hey, guess what, moonkitti’s posted! Me: SCRREEEEEEEEEE *clicks on video* yeeeeeeeeesssssss
I found Warriors cats because of Roblox roleplaying. I did some rp without reading ANY of the books, started learning the nature of how the clans worked, and then I finally decided to actually start reading the series. I went headfirst into reading them and then around Omen of Stars, I kinda lost interest. Maybe I'll read it again one day?? Alderheart seems like a precious bby
How I found warrior cats was that it had a picture of a cat on the cover of the book, LOL, I didnt even read the cover, just got it, checked it out, and read it in a week or 2 cause they were SO GOOD
I rped Warriors on Neopets too! But I only occasionally talk to one person that I used to rp with. I recently went back to Neopets and tried to rp again, but the word restrictions TNT has in place now are ridiculous and really hard to work around, so I just rage quit. My go-to OC was Quick(paw)breeze and she was an exotic kittypet escapee, one of those ocelot/domestic cat hybrids. She was the most skilled at hunting, had a shallow personality, and constantly whined about not having a boyfriend.
i was relieved to hear that u dropped the forgotten warrior in the hot tub after i had taken enter the clans and the ultimate guide camping and they got water damaged :/
