That casserole looks great! Something else you can do with those little graham cracker crusts is canned sugar free fruit pie filling such as apple or cherry. Spoon in and warm in the oven. Yummy!

We loved it!! And I'll tell you - my husband doesn't normally like reheated eggs for that many days, but this one lasted real well - today is day four and it's just as good as day one! We've looked forward to it each day!

Now I know what we are having for brunch on Sunday (with leftovers for the week). Last week I prepped a Greek Pasta salad for lunch and it was delicious! I also made a Big Mac breakfast casserole that was a hit. Congratulations on 20k🍾

I’m going to make this tomorrow I don’t have any turkey, but I’m just gonna use sausages what I have on hand that looks amazing I’m sure that my son he’s going to stay with me tonight with my grandson will enjoy it thanks!!

Congratulations on 20K! I am on Blue, and I meal prepped lunches for this week...Egg Roll in a Bowl (0 sp), egg drop soup (1 sp), and I air fried 4 Bibigo chicken cilantro mini wontons (1 sp) for each day. Tonight I made Copycat Cheesecake Factory Tuscan Chicken with farro (7 sp incl the farro. That is a delicious recipe!

@@PlanningUsHealthy TUSCAN CHICKEN Servings: 1 INGREDIENTS * 3 ea. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (3 oz. ea.), slightly pounded * 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt * 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper * 1 Tbl. French Mustard Vinaigrette* * 4 oz. Grape Tomatoes, cut in half * 1/2 oz. Oven Roasted Roma Tomatoes** * 1/2 oz. Artichoke Hearts, cut in half * 1/2 tsp. Capers, drained, rinsed * 1 oz. Balsamic Vinaigrette* * 1/8 tsp. Salt * 1/16 tsp. Black Pepper * 1 oz. Farro, cooked * 6 ea. Asparagus Spears, steamed * 1/2 Tbl. Basil Infused Olive Oil* INSTRUCTIONS 1. Season the chicken (both sides) with kosher salt, and ground black pepper. 2. Place the chicken onto a clean, hot and lightly oiled “griddle pan” set over medium high heat. Cook the chicken until half done. Flip the chicken over and baste with the French Mustard Vinaigrette and cook until the chicken is done. 3. Place the oven roasted tomatoes, artichoke hearts, grape tomatoes, and capers into a sauté pan set over medium high heat. Pour the Balsamic Vinaigrette into the pan and season with salt and black pepper. Cook the ingredients for 20-30 seconds. 4. Mound the cooked farro onto the center of a serving dish. 5. Place the steamed asparagus spears onto the serving plate around the farro. 6. Set the chicken breasts onto the serving plate, on top of the farro, and partially covering some of the asparagus. 7. Sprinkle the warm tomato and artichoke mixture over the chicken. 8. Drizzle the basil infused oil over the chicken and tomatoes. *These items are available in most supermarkets and fine food stores. **Recipes are available in cookbooks and online resources.

I don't have Tatar Tots but I do have French Fries in my freezer, can I use them instead? Everything looks so good. I recently quit WW and signed on with I track bites, so I'll have to figure how many BITES each of these recipes are. BTW Love your Nails!! I like your Spice Jars. My spices seem to get hard, do your spices seem to do that in the jars?? How do you know what the expiration date is of your spices if they are in the jars? What do you mix with the PB2 to have with your apples? I heard if you mix SF Maple syrup it tastes better than just mixing it with water. 20K !! Ya Hoo!! Congrats !!! LOL - Love the Bloopers !!

I have never done it with french fries, but I don't see why it wouldn't work. The tater tots kind of mold into the casserole. The french fries might just create a nice crust actually. I'm curious. Thanks about the nails! Those are just my temporary press-ons until my next nail appointment! 🤣 My spices do get hard if I haven't used them in a while. I actually just got that spice jar set not too long ago, so I know the date I put all the spices in there, so I just go with that. For the most part, I always know on spices I use all the time, but if I don't use them a lot, I'll just put a piece of tape on the bottom with the date. And no, when I have apples and PB2, I just put the powder in a bag with cut up apples and shake it up. The wetness from the apples kind of caramelizes the PB2 (for lack of better word). So, I don't add water or anything. You're right though - I've heard about the syrup, but I haven't tried it. And thanks so much for the congrats!! 😀

I'm a new subscriber with kind of an odd question: what kind of marker do you use on your reusable bags? I love your meal kit idea and would love to implement the reusable bag idea to cut down on waste!

Hi there and welcome! :) Not an odd question at all. I just use a dry erase marker and then just scrub it off in warm soapy water. Over time, you can still see some of the marker but not too bad.
