Hey there! Welcome to my kitchen!! My name is Kristi. I am a 51-year-old kid at heart trying to live my best life. I share meal preps, cooking videos, meal plans, grocery hauls, What's for Dinner/Cook with Me videos, What I Eat in a Day, DIY dinner kits, and more. I'd love to have you as part of the PUH family!

I am a Certified Nutrition Coach with a specialization in Behavior Change. I'm on a wellness journey while living with ulcerative colitis, which can prove to be difficult at times. My husband and I have lost a combined total of over 100 pounds. He is in maintenance and I am still in weight-loss mode. I follow science and believe in everything in moderation.

You reference blue, green or purple points in some of the videos I've watched. I just joined September 2024 and I'm diabetic, do I go by a certain color?

Hi there! No, the colors were from the old program they were doing at the time. So just plug everything into your tracker and it will give you the points for the program today. 😊

These are really good😮 and I’m not on weight watchers but I do try to cut calories where I can. After I used the dash, I crisped them up in the air fryer to get that crunch 😋

Very nice. I would then place the whole sandwich in the waffle maker for a few seconds to compress it a bit.

Another variation drop the cheese and add 1/8 cup (with beaten egg in a bowl, and ur bacon you can top cooked waffle with shredded cheese if u like)of PorQ Panko Crumbs. The crumbs gives it the texture of a regular waffle. I got tired of making 2 so I bought the double griddle for belgian waffles it wasn't too bad on Amazon.

I love your videos. I look forward to watching them in the morning while drinking my coffee. I don't always have fresh spinach on hand, so I've started keeping canned in my pantry. I was curious on how it would taste so I tried it in the soup I made. Turned out just as good. Can't really tell. I know fresh is better but it's a good substitute.

They don't have to be. You can make two of the waffles and then depending if you're making a sandwich or whatever, you can bulk them up to your liking! 😊

those banderita tortillas are great! I love them. I can only find them either online or at Fresh Thyme. I use them for wraps, enchiladas, fajitas and breakfast burritos. They are GREAT!

They are!! And I have a hard time finding them as well. I've only found them at Publix so far.
