Can you makeup WFPB meals for people with diabetes. I’ve read that WFPB food is great way to be able to lower blood sugars even enough to reverse diabetes
I definitely will. There’s a ton of recipes on my website (www.veganmichele.com) and under my playlist Vegan Recipes here as well if you are looking for more: ru-vid.com/group/PLg-vqqc5EHwAbM8JjulSjQ_NpQL9_i7Ym
Please help. I’m a single mom new to being vegan and am trying to lose weight. I work mornings and have a chance for breakfast usually but no lunch but I try to bring some healthy, low calorie snacks to substitute a lunch but I’m unsure if this is holding me back from losing weight. Is there a better way to go about this? I find myself wanting to smack a lot lately, especially in the evenings.
Keep it simple. At the beginning of your week cook some grain you like, some potatoes and a bean. Grab from those throughout the week to have for work meals and dinner. Add in fresh veggies to each plate and eat until satisfied. Have fresh fruit for snacks. You are probably snacking so much because you aren’t having anything that fills you up. Stick to very simple meals like above and have oats for breakfast. This is not only budget friendly but an easy way to lose weight simply.
