Your slow cooker pulled pork turned out well Paula, thought it would! And pulled pork you can do so many things with the leftovers, & all different sauces to go with it. Pulled pork is 1 of my favourites. And I always make my own coleslaw , again you can add different things, I often use apples, gherkins, radishs in mine. I use half mayo & half greek yogurt fir my coleslaw I find that really nice. I've bit had sweet & sour for ages might get that on a meal plan for next week. That leg of lamb looked so delicious on the roast dinner. Dosebt hurt if you cook too much of things, leftovers for another time. Nice meals Paula
