I was watching this new satirical show from (I think) Norway called Norsemen and they were making fun of the idea that the Vikings used to call the meetings of all the various tribes in the area a "thing." I was fascinated by this because we still use that word in the same context today.

This seems to be a safe place for me to say that I think the Ankh is in some way an actual key to the Great Pyramid in some way. It gives the layout for the Pyramid just like the body, the masculine current moves to and around the feminine to form Creation, as in the body from the root to the crown encircling the point of Creation, as in the Pyramid from the water of the Earth ascending the grand gallery through the water off the geometry of the Earth as the tuner of the Earth's vibration captured in a Sonic wave tuned to resonate with the receptors above the Pineal or King's chamber to draw the electron from the seed of Life in a fire of transformation returning the ego to the Earth and the seed of the soul to be planted in the Garden of Orion and to be watered by the Sun the father of the Seed. When you say that our ego is our center, are you talking about the ego that's a product of a lifelong programming/conditioning? Our ego is a mask we wear while we're completely plugged into the collective. I personally wouldn't say that our ego is our center. I would say that our true self is our center. Not the ego self, but our authentic self. We develop, or discover our self/soul by unplugging from the collective, and by beginning our own independent journey that's unique only to us. We develop our authentic self through a deconstructive process, which is no pleasant walk in the park. It's pretty disturbing, and not everyone can do this. Not everyone is willing to do shadow work on their own self. Not everyone is willing to leave their Comfort zone, and go into unknown dangerous grounds. So before anyone can even embark on this journey, this person must become the owner of his/her mind & emotions, and face their shadows, and become the authentic you.

Actually, the ANKH predates Christ and also the Egyptian gods. Evidence of it has been found in religions of Northern Africa and its meaning was simply a symbol for eternal life.
