Iron age artifacts have been found here. Well worth a visit, lots to see. Adam of Sodbury (Abbot of Glastonbury 1323-1334) was instrumental in the set up of all these locations.
And for anyone that is wondering, an Abbott is the head honcho in a monastery. God Bless
