Well put together vid man. Only thing i would add is to de burr the ring after you file in the ring end gap b4 you check it again so no coting is scratched of the cylinder wall and so it wont get hung up in the piston ring land.
If you got it from BP racing it should be a oem bored cylinder, I sold my old 90mm oem cylinder to them and it went straight to millennium tech for a over bore
