Now l realized that every melee(not the fiber wire) can be used for these specialized balcony jumps and the teleport ladder, l bet new runs can be created by taking melee weapons during the mission and using the syringe when needed to save time.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I'm trying to mirror your run and within frames of syringing the butcher the evidence collection automatically occurs.
Every time someone asks him when the next anthology run is, it gets pushed back another month. Currently scheduled for July of 2073. EDIT: Serious answer - he's resigned himself to the idea that the modern games' frequent patches - which lead to a lot of inconsistent mechanics, particularly with regards to rating - make it too difficult to actually develop consistent strategies or routes, and that, on top of having to ALSO polish the first 5 games in the series, makes another Anthology run not something he really wants to do.
