My second favorite song by Meat. Meat Loaf has been my favorite artist since I was 9 years old, 26 years ago. That was when I first heard "I'd Do Anything For Love". Everyone else was listening to BSB and I was blasting "Paradise by the Dashboard Lights". He had some hard times and so many health issues but despite it all he really left his mark. I'm so happy I saw him in concert in 2016. His voice wasn't as strong any more but he was still iconic and he put on one helluva show. Rest easy Meat. ❤🦇

Once upon a time, when I was an 11 year old boy back in 1977, I heard Meat Loaf perform "Bat Out Of Hell", as the first ever music video on national TV in my native country of Iceland... it was a life-changing moment. When I started making music some 9 years later, I always had Jim Steinman's style and Meat's voice in my head. Today I feel I should have followed my musical dream and done what I COULD have done.... but then again, I found a wonderful life without being a part of the musical scene.... maybe I got lucky :)
