Great video. Want to buy one. Question is: how wide and good is the heat seal. Is it a double seal? I have a food saver and the seal is not that wide and as failed. The seal actually come apart. Thats why I am looking at this meat unit.

I would have like to have seen you use the 'Pulse' mode to see how that works out. Also, if you set you vacuum time and seal time to custom levels, does it stay there for next time, or does it default back to factory settings once the power is disconnected? Thanks for a nice video.

So you just feeze your ground meat in random sized blobs? It would be nice to get a close look at what it looks like after the bag and grind is flattened out like you would actually store it in the freezer. Does it get all the air out of the far corners?
