Meatball sandwich also known as the meatball sub 

Have you ever eaten something that was so good that you need to keep making it so you don’t forget how delicious it is? Well, this is one of my favorites. The meat ball sandwich or also know ads sub, is absolutely delicious and easy to make. You can make the meatballs and freeze them in portions and use them as you need. Use your favorite bread and cheese to make this special sandwich a memory of your own.
Meat balls
250g Mince beef
350g mince pork
2 eggs
½ cup parmesan
¼ cup breadcrumbs
½ cup diced onions
¼ cup of chopped parsley
1tsp each of salt and pepper
½ tsp each of powder garlic and paprika
Sauce
Use same pan that you cooked the meatballs
¼ onion
2tbsp sweet vermouth or 1/4cup of white wine
3cups of a good store bought passata (puree tomato)
springs of basil and parsley
Pesto
2 bunches of basil- leaves only about 6-8cups
¼ pine nuts
½ cup parmesan
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil mor if need
Salt and pepper to taste
I don’t use garlic in this one but if you must 1 small clove
