Just finished the level this song plays on, its pretty brutal even when you're piloting the almighty Ragnarok. Having to face two Atlas and two Thor mechs all at the same time with little to no breathing room or place to rest was very challenging, but this music pumped me up so much that I'd get really into the zone and just keep firing. What an awesome game this was, its just too bad the MechAssault franchise never got more games after Lone Wolf. We still have BattleTech and MechWarrior, but the simplicity and arcade-like style of MechAssault was really awesome to.
I remember playing this as a kid feeling the exact same. I could kill anything and felt like the doomslayer. And let's get real if doom guy piloted a mech it would be ragnorok
