This would still have been mid in a world where MW4:Mercs didn't exist. Embarrasing for Piranha to dare come out with this after years of development on MW5. Guess things are rough for them financially.
I am kind of torn.. I still love MW5, especially the destructable environment objects.. but they really need to put more thought into game mechanics. What they have and Arena just doesn´t work soo great, from Agro to difficulties.
ai is crippled, it only really tries fighting if targets player, worst game mode is ffa tdm with 16(+4 yours) mechs, you team mates are useless but they draws everyones agro on you and you get owned quickly, you basically have to fight 16 mechs solo
Apart from the fact that none of this is even remotely an arena-like environment (they are industrial planets after all, I would like to have at least dilapidated industrial districts or Mazes in Halls). There is hardly any character in the mechs. We had everything better in MW4 as part of the main Campaign
