As a filthy clanner I still have respect for the Marauder, partly because the Clan uses modified SLDF Marauders themselves.... but I digress, if I had to pilot an IS mech I would hands down choose a Marauder.
Personally I prefer the Marauder II, the Marauder's big Assault-chassis brother. I like how the key slowly rises in pitch starting at 1:00, like a Marauder would _s l o w l y_ gain speed as you throttled up. Once it got marching though...you could not stop it.
@@hedgemcnorry9459 Sorry bud - Iron Piston was the original, released with Mechwarrior 2: 31st Century combat back in 1995. This remix was released in 2014.
There seriously needs to be a Mechwarrior 2 remake with you behind the music directing and design. I could see it being a MASSIVE success! I wish this would happen =(
Enter the white knight. Its lingering due to shady corporate dealings and fanatical adult boys that have too much money and very little maturity. 5 to 10 years i never laughed so much in my entire life and i just watched life of Brian.
Pedro Portela and you? wot, enter the black knight? MWO *WILL* be here in 5 years, like it or not. 10? Who knows but you better sit and wait if you think the game is going anywhere soon... There's been quite some changes since your nerdrage post so maybe by now you saw this by yourself.
You know, I love the change-over from one setting to the other that's been worked in here. The previous tracks which bore the names of Clan mechs were much more orchestral and lush. There's sonic space in this track, a percussive more industrial and jagged edge, and given the track is named after an Inner Sphere mech and the thrust of the Mechwarrior 2 series that seems deliberate. If this was intentional Mr. Seals then bravo, and encore! I'd love to hear a track that's been titled "Atlas" or "Centurion"
My Russian great grandfather cried whenever he heard this song. A Marauder saved his life during the October Revolution while blasting this music from speakers, and he never forgot it.
the marauder is one of the if not he best mech for over use slim frame makes you hard as hell to hit while nice firepower makes it feared on the battle field
it's ok i suppose....doesn't have the proper dorsal gun though, it has been incorporated into the right torso :( and the Marauder IIC clan pack on the store web-page has the gun incorporated into the LEFT torso and not dead center. Every game from mechwarrior 1 has had the gun where it should be, dead center and hanging over the cockpit!
Well of course it did, the original design was a Glaug-class commander mecha from Super Dimension Fortress Macross. As battlepods go it's nice, but they couldn't legally use the thing once people with lawyers started paying attention. Hence the Unseen and then Reseen. I mean, we all know it, but when you're a fan of both Macross and Battletech the distinction between the two machines can be a welcome one.
acs197 Avoid it at all costs, the community is toxic, team killing is the norm and if presenting legit concerns about a subject you'll be assaulted by every white knight for not being a "company man".
So good, every time you release these i want to give you money more and more. Will you make a full release for money, or are you gunna keep these all as bootlegs?
It took me a while to figure out which track this is a cover off, then... at 1:20, it started. My hypothetical god I haven't even finished it yet, already it's going to be epic.
+Zane Roberts Didn't you hear the latest? It is now! Plus the Warhammer, Archer, and Rifleman are all confirmed and on the way too. Several other Unseen are supposedly on the way, but I don't know if Piranha announced which ones yet.
