When I first practiced math for the TEAS test, I only got 2 questions right. After studying with Brandon, my score on the TEAS test improved to 93. Thank you so much, Professor Brandon. You are a blessing to thousands of people on the internet, helping them accomplish their goals, including myself. You are a gifted man with a good soul. You are among the best-few can teach like you. You are humble and know how to teach step by step without making the student feel bad. May God bless you and your family for all the goodness you bring to this world! Thank you.
Thank you so much! That means a lot. Congrats on improving your score SO MUCH! That is awesome. I'll be here for dose calc too (I do see your other comment)... Haha! Please spread the word about my resources.
Welcome back. Make sure you have joined my Facebook Group. It is helping both TEAS students AND Med Dosage students. facebook.com/groups/teasmathbcraftmath/
2 grams is 2000mg... let's start with that in our DA. 2000mg/500mL x 12mL/10min x 60min/1hr = 288mg/hr (notice the mL cancels and the min cancel, leaving mg/hr)
I have a question on why kg was put at the bottom? Is it because at the start kg/min was put at the bottom to begin with a little confused1000mcg/mg X 120/720ml x60ml/HR x2.2lb/kg x 1/136
#2 right? The "goal" for this problem is to find mcg/kg/min. This is the double slash and kg and min MUST be appear at the bottom in order to meet our "goal".
@@bcraftmath yes question two thank u I do have my pass/.fail dosage calculation on May 30th and I’m very nervous about taking it because I find myself not rounding properly . my question to you is do I keep the digits on the calculator to find my place value to round
@@Ladyksmith_capricorn I do not round ANYTHING in my dose calc problems until I have met my "goal." I then multiply my top numbers and divide by top numbers, all at once, and whatever number pops up is the only time I round. Good luck on your exam. Let me know how it goes!
