Thank you for making this! I’m in my first of med school and I was just thinking about this. I’m from south Florida 😄 so that’s wild to hear that Florida’s salary is so low compared to the cost of living!

Wow I didn’t even know you were in Philadelphia! I go to Drexel! And your videos have been so inspiring hope to be like you one day ! I am doing the MS and MD program, the prices are atrocious. Do you believe there are actual real scholarships or grant to apply to?
It'll have to be unique lol as many med students don't work. However, I know people who were uber drivers, a scribe, etc. Then there's the influencers and entrepreneurs. It's a great question, but I hope to make a video on this in the future!
Can you make a video on how to code switch when entering into predominately white spaces weather it is in clinic or in class? As a black woman its hard to “fit in”
@@TheRealSkinImInMD I️ did! It was great. I’m from Florida so it was 4 hours from home for me so it allowed me to be somewhat close to my family. I’m going to the Midwest for med school now, so now I’m gonna be way farther. Small world. Fellow Bull ! Super nice. :)
