I think Vivi's right, she should talk to her to see if she can change because if you don't tell your partner what you don't like, then how are they supposed to know? They may not even realize they are doing it, so by telling them, it can mean that they will work on themselves and become a better lover in the long run. If she doesn't change even when her partner has told her, then that's when she should break up with her in my opinion.

I think more conversation and no break up. Someone with high jelously maybe she has bad past about love or even problem ini family which is those person maybe not a favorite kid on her house of her parents so she think only her girlfriend who love her so she wont the girlfriend loves being share with anyone including the puppy.
