A simple and easy to understand guide to Livingstone & Lunt's Regulation Theory to help students and teachers doing Media Studies at A-level, or even at GCSE.
I teach the Eduqas exam board now for both Key Stages but this video can be used to help you understand the theory even if you are studying a different exam board.
I am a Media Studies teacher with 10 years experience in the classroom, and so hopefully this all makes sense!

Bex&Em my students do the Eduqas exam boards so I mention set texts relevant to that board but Livingstone & Lunt are set theorists on the OCR spec too!
