Yes, Capricorn in 6th house - daily routine and structure is a strong must - resting enough, correct diet, gym/doing sport etc otherwise I get sick, depressed, acne. Yes, as a Leo Rising, Pluto transits my 6th house too. I got suddenly sick but also healed with 3 days.😄

Hahaha I couldn’t help but laugh listening to the two houses that I have in the 6th because of how accurate it is! I have Virgo ruling my 6th with Libra intercepted. I know that if I have a schedule and am sticking to it I feel great but as soon as I don’t I get sick (usually a cold or stuffed up nose) I will work out for a week or so consistently and feel great (Virgo) and then Libra will come in and say I have earned a day (week) off and a price of cake! lol I always beat my self up because I know that I need a schedule and to stick with it but I very rarely can because I would rather relax and live it up. I do have a lower back issues luckily not too bad! I also will go to some of those Scorpionic extremes at times and work out so much and then sprain my ankle or something and will have to rest. I don’t have any planets in my sixth I just have my vertex at 23 degrees intercepted in Libra and my part of fortune at 0 degrees in Scorpio. (I have a big 6th house). BTW my Venus (Libra Ruler) and Mercury (Virgo ruler) are both in Aquarius, with Venus in my 10th and Mercury in my 11th. Don’t know if the planet rulers play into it in this case. Yes, yes, and yes. I have Venus at 29 degrees in 6th House Leo. I have had 3 kidney surgeries and brain surgery for tumor (couldn't remove it all because it's wrapped around my optic nerve). I woke from brain surgery paralyzed due to a spinal nerve disease called arachnoiditis. My planets have full on affected my life. Kidneys, Spine, Brain, and upper and lower back all confirmed for Venus in 6th house of Leo.
Aqua 6th in gym my middle school year we worked out 3 times a week I ate whatever and I notice that first week I lost 8 lbs in that ONE WEEK 😂 I’ve been overweight my whole life plan to make that big change real soon during this eclipses and my birthday season ♎️ annnd I’ve had surgery on my left leg it was very curved and made me waddle like a penguin lol the walk was unbalanced lmao but yeah I’ve tried keto and it didn’t last long, I’ve tried fasting and would be sad and upset bc I couldn’t eat lol I just recently found out through reading this astrology health book that when I do meals they should be balanced with protein, carbs, veggies, and fruit or if I’m not eating meals then I can snack throughout the day but I can not skip a meal bc it throws off my emotional balance annnnd I have had cases where I was misdiagnosed 🙄 also I am sooooo into gardening I’m sure that has a lot to do with me naturally just needing to grow my own herbs.. also when I work out focus on one side and then do the other side, need tension, workout doesn’t have to be long at all lol I can work out like 5 mins 2x a day and I’ll lose weight… playing around with workout routines is fun bc as long as I move around making some type of effort to lose weight or move my body period and I’ll lose weight even by dancing too bc typical gym work outs do get boring soooo I’ll dance 😌 liiiike I don’t mind working out 3-4x maybe only two times weekly but if I’m working out 2x weekly I make sure they are intense workouts (yall ik ik ik, just pray for my legs.. this sag energy always gots to do the most and test waters 😂) but yeah this video is spot onnnn like always!!

Wow! So spot on. I have a full sixth house. In the sign of Scorpio, with Pluto, Saturn, and the South Node in 6H. For Pluto and Saturn, yes, I have had chronic skin rashes and also had oral surgery when I was a teenager for an issue with my canine teeth not emerging correctly from the roof of my mouth (Pluto - surgery/ transformation AND Saturn - teeth) Like the Saturn placement suggests, my health HAS improved greatly over the course of my life, but I suffered immensely in my teenage, twenties, and even thirties, with eating disorders, skin issues, stress related "flare ups" of all kinds, including sex organ issues which made my psychological issues worse - my stress lead to the health issues, which lead to more stress, in a vicious cycle.. I was obsessed with my "appearance" and it was made worse (my appearance would change related to the stress I was under psychologically) -- and I have turned 40 this year. Thank God. I have a feeling like it was all very karmic and somehow "making it" to my forties was going to release a lot of these karmic issues I have faced in my life, or at least they will ease up and no longer be as much of a glaring focus (moving into North node 12 th house release and letting go in the sign of Taurus- reaching stability and self worth.)

I have a Uranus-Neptune conjunction at Capricorn in my 6th house. I suffered from migrainous headaches and anxiety disorder. I also had an avulsion fracture in one of my ankles. This is so tea! Capricorn, Neptune in Cap and Uranus in Aquarius, all in 6th house. I guess I should mention that I’ve been in my Pluto in 6th house transit as well. I’ve struggled with acne since my teens but it’s cleared up so much now that I’m 26. Whenever I eat unhealthy, it shows up on my face so I’m very strict with what I will and won’t eat. I get facials every month as well. I’ve been feeling called to stop drinking alcohol, I don’t like the feeling anymore and it makes me sluggish and anxious, my Capricorn mars and 6th house stellium isn’t having that! I started stretching more this year and looking into massage therapy due to muscle tension. Even just gong to the gym once in a while and sticking to a healthy diet has helped my body tone a lot more than it was in previous years. You have me looking forward to my 30s 😂

That’s scary how accurate I do often catch sore throat… when I have 4 I had three surgeries for my tonsils… almost died the two first failed And few years ago I had another surgery because one of my kidney gave me horrible pains I still have my two just they removed the problem.

Cancer 6th wi/Mars and I have allergies, have had issues with my womb and have brain damage from a head injury but I manage these very well with a strict health regime 🤍
