Hi, when you are in the "Progress" tab, either click on the red plus (+) sign on the top left of screen or the "comment" button on the bottom left. That will bring up the box to add, edit and organise your shortcuts for history taking. Hope that's what you were after!
Yes it definitely is better if u can watch full screen on a laptop or desktop. Otherwise there are accessibility settings on most phones that allow you to zoom into the screen
