After serving our country in Iraq, veteran Eric came with a troubling issue with his back that seemed to worsen over time. Eventually the pain became so bad that it interfered with his ability to work. He saw a chiropractor which unfortunately did not produce improvements. Desperate to find a way out of the chronic back pain, Eric and his wife eventually did find the answers he needed.
Today the family is thrilled to have Eric taking part in all of the activities he loves, including running.
Learn more about Eric’s journey in this profile story on chronic back pain.

I have had constant, and i mean CONSTANT , CHRONIC spinal pain for 30 years that makes my lower legs and feet go numb and burning . I have had MRI scans etc . My discs are worn and desiccated , pinched nerves etc etc. The pain wakes me every 20 minutes at night . My back has locked and I have become immobile for weeks on end , unable to dress or bathe myself . It is horrific . I HAVE to take extremely strong pain pills which i have come to hate. I pity anyone with this condition.

You've had it so long because it's being produced by the brain not the body. Look into the 'mindbody syndrome' if you want to know how to stop it. Dr John Sarno. Neuroplasticity. People are recovering, there IS a way out, you just won't hear I from your Dr.

I went through surgery including a L4-S1 fusion for post op disc herniation and instability. I had a pump installed and years later a stimulator for multilevel stenosis, arthritis, disc bulges, and degenerative scoliosis. My whole spine was affected after the initial disc herniation. Still have pain and radiculopathy despite everything and need nerve ablations and epidural injections to manage the pain. No car accident, I just woke and couldn't move one day.

Look into the work of Dr John Sarno. 'Healing back pain' and 'The mindbody prescription'.

If you just woke up with the pain it’s most like a neurolopathic pain Read Steve Ozanach or Dr Sarno books
