I am so thankful for this podcast. I have a rare immune disorder called NMO. I began using mushroom. IMy neurologist doesn't know about holistic healing. I live in NYC.

in the beginning of the video i was glad to hear you talk about the importance of eating the whole mushroom and not just an extract of it. i myself eat a whole food plant based diet and i do include mushrooms in this. in our commodified society with the belief that you simply buy a pill to cure or treat something is often the problem itself. i do not think the importance of this entourage effect in the whole food can be over estimated.

Hania seems extremely well up on the subject and I relay am enjoying learning but the "So.....hum....you.... know" is very off putting. Apart from that, Thank you both very much for this valuable information.
