“Stolen” is not a true word here. This man and many others around the world work in harmony with bees. He cares for them. He collects and he helps them be successful too. So at least for this video, a better name would suit. This is a truly lovely video of a wonderful man and his family. “Stolen” does this video a disservice and do you think - pretty please - that you could modify the video name? 🐝

@@CrossedCoder there Is no such thing as a symbiotic relation between human and bees , in the most organic way of bees farming you take a part of their product ( honey) that the bees use to feed themself wich Is very important because honey contains a lot of foundamental nutriments (also for human comsumption ) . Meanwhile in industrial bees farming human stole everything from bees and feed them sugar witch Is very bad for bees because made them sick and weak. So bees would live and prosper soo much better without human industrial bees farming

@@danielepambianchi3631 I never knew that industrial bee farming takes EVERYTHING from the bees (such awful greed and even short-sighted profiteering) and give them sugar. Thanks for info. No more supermarket honey for me. Best wishes from Marian in UK.

Hi Dylan, Thank you so much for making this video, it's so important that we all know the huge part bees play in our lives. Like the bee keeper said in the video "Without Bees We DIE." It's so true, without pollination we have no fruits and vegetables, not to mention the healing properties of the bees honey, pollen, and royal jelly. Thank you Dylan!!!...i was wanting to get some bees a while back & i tried to learn all i could about them. The reason they smoke the hives is the bees think there is a fire, so they start gulping honey like crazy, makes them sleepy(because they're thinking they have to start another hive somewhere else), then easy to get the frames out. Also, beekeepers keep a jug or water close to them w/piece of wood floating on top, so they have water & don't get overheated in the summertime(the hive). Bees are all female, except for the one time a year a male is born, he doesn't live very long, sorry to say. Honey is a natural anti-biotic, so if you have any cuts/burns ect., great for that. Thank you for the video! I learned from this video that new zealand has the best tasting honey!!!!!!!! ****!*!*!* Happy New Year Dylan & friends!!!!

That depends on where you live. In NZ introducing more honey bees endangers local polinator species by outcompeting them.

You know I just watched a video on 5 reasons to not to buy a sailboat. yes... |I agree... The Best honey comes from NZ, MANUKA is THE BEST of BEST..... .... and Kiwis are loving traditions & Ethics in their businesses... Very generous.. (many migrated communities including Indians, Chinese & many kid of Muslims from S. & SE Asia and M.East are not though)...

I'm from New Zealand and have bees our Manuka honey is the best but many people try to steal the name don't get from Australia and not all New Zealand honey is Manuka only about 15 percent is and it matures with ages and storage and heat but if you do it rong you can lower the quality i do produce some and would sell it but was thinking of doing royal jelly made from my hives in the Manuka patch in little river thats out side of Christchurch New Zealand south island let me know if interested
