Heads up for anyone taking honey or bee pollen to combat allergies: make sure you’re choosing local honey! It will contain the allergens in your location and help you build a tolerance. Honey from a different area may not contain the same pollen you’re having a reaction to.

Turmeric came from India and we have been using it for centuries. The turmeric that is used in cooking is NEVER used in face masks because it really stains your skin. We use wild turmeric or aromatic turmeric for skin. It has a wonderful smell and it doesn’t stain like cooking turmeric and it’s great for your skin. Just an fyi 😊. Been using propolis for years in the winter time. Get some propolis tincture, mix it with a little bit of thyme tincture and echinacea tincture and you got yourself a powerful immunity-booster for the cold months.

I love bee pollen. I like to put them in my smoothies! I had no idea storing it in the freezer would help sustain it👌🏾. As for propolis I use it for skincare pretty much as you mentioned plus foot soaks (old wives tale) And the raw honey is a main ingredient in my diy flu shot! Can't wait to try this brand! I incorporate honey as a sweetener in both my tea and coffee beverages. I have eliminated all sources of added sugar from my dietary intake. It required adjustment before I became accustomed to the taste, but I have developed a strong affinity for combining coffee and honey.I express gratitude for the video.

I am prone to eczema on my elbows and have found that raw honey and beeswax mixed into a paste works really well at keeping eczema at bay.

I love propolis I’m only three days in and my skin looking so much better already it like smooths everything and plumps thank goodness I didn’t get sneezy and runny eyes on the third day so I was hoping I wasn’t allergic cause the second day I had really bad allergies but no allergy today so hope I’m good lol I buy the powder capsules form and I mix it with water to make a toner and I also ingest it of course literally three days my skin is bomb it smoothed my smile lines

I shit you not, we're on the same wavelength. I JUST ORDERED Bee Pollen and Propolis Friday night from an American company named Swanson Vitamins. Good for the body, straight from nature, but not the cheapest products in the world. And ever since I found Manuka honey, can't go back to entry level brands. (FYI: Vet honey brands extensively, many of these so-called honey products are nothing but corn syrup)

I take bee pollen and royal jelly...I love royal jelly...I take the fresh kind everyday...I eat a small amount of raw honey...I am a raw foodist...omnivore...and I do dry fasting everyday...I do 90 degree leg kicks...so it is working.
