I want to sing praises out of love to the first Franciscan! 1. St. Francis, sweet love, Christ became aware of you, because you were perfect and his true servant. 2. You abandoned yourself entirely to the world, you planted new orders, you proclaimed peace on earth, just as the Savior had done. 3. You followed him in everything, led the life of the apostles, you convinced many people to praise his great name. 4. You founded three orders: first you convened the Friars Minor, then you included the women, and lastly the devout laymen. . 5. Christ with all the angels and his mother with the saints came to you with sweet songs to accompany you with great honors. 6. You let the heavenly court rejoice, sing sweet verses before the high majesty, offering him songs of praise with love.
In tutte cose lo seguisti, vita d’apostolifacesti, multa gente convertisti a ludare elsuo gran nome. Tre ordine plantasti: li minori in prima vocasti, e puoi li donnireserasti, li continenti a perfectione. Sìfosti pieno de caritade ke insignavi a l’animali come dovessaro laudare lo suo dolze creatore. Tanto fosti amico a Deo ke le bestie t’ubidieno: l’ucielli in mano a te venieno a udire lo tuo sermone.
Amazing... btw, i'm writing my own medieval/dark fantasy book and this music is very inspirational for me, on the other hand I would really like to know how to draw in that old medieval style.
I support your work. I enjoy writing medieval things and drawing in the medieval style. If you want to draw in the Medieval style, look at some examples first. Some of the drawings are skewed and aren't exactly precise, so don't get mad if a drawing isn't as good. There is my advice for Medieval drawing.
I've made an RPG game that is medieval and realistic, unlike the stupid fake "medieval" RPG's and it has a story for each game and a map plus many, many towns and shops.
@@twentytwo138 He caught my interest when I began looking into my European historical heritage, got much impressed by Pälastinalied (I'd long thought German sounded gross, my bad)
@@themobstar58 Why is thinking a certain language sounds bad an antiwhite stereotype? I can definitely see why one would think german sounds bad, wether it's right or not is a different story
@@curple3 germans are white, so it's antiwhite. there is the stereotype that their language sounds bad, like there are many other stereotypes against white people. if you think german sounds bad after hearing it, that's a different story. but here we talk about preconceptions
Dear Zoltán, please tell me what is this string instrument in the beginning? It's also situated in the beginning of your "Palastinalied". I can't identify it...
@@Demetriusz In other comment Zoltan wrote that he used bagpipes (marktsackpfiefe), hurdy gurdy, vielle and bouzouki. So i has to be bouzouki. Maybe it sound a little bit different because he plays it using chords.
😁😁😁 JUST BEAUTIFUL! I'd appreciate any information on this particular piece. To me, it sounds from the 1350-1,400 period, probably from Scottish lands, judging by the instruments. Please, some one correct me, mine is a guess!
The Scots were only the most famous bagpipers, not the only ones ^^ In the folk Italian tradition, there are many instruments that sound similar to pipes
@ Thanks for the information. Do you mind, if I add this piece to my collection? Do you know if we, common citizens, have to get any permissions to do this? Obviously, it's just like a hobby. Nothing lucrative.
