Agnes, thank you for all that you do! I would love a short (10-15 min) morning meditation that combined self love, gratitude, and a quick sending love out to SP from that place of centeredness. It would be a great way to start (or end) the day! ❤
Agnes, your voice is lovely and your message heals me. I really appreciate your tapes. but you don’t select the best back ground music for your meditations, it’s really difficult to listen to. I personally think there shouldn’t be any dropping beats to meditation tracks. Could you maybe select more calm and soothing sounds for meditations? 😢😢😢
