Sir, Namaskar! I am Muslim, but i have respect and honour for other religions including Hindu religion. I have deep respect and honour for Bagwan Sri Ram Krisna Paramahangsa, and Beloved Mother Sharada Devi. Now, i seek your kind advice as to why I feel someone or something standing behind me, when i am alone and also some kind of unknown fear coming in my thoughts. Are these problems dangerous?How do i overcome these problems? please kindly reply to me with ur kind advice. Thanks!

Bro i feel standing meditation is lot better than sitting meditation because while siiting and doing i easily fall to sleep and also there is more chatter in the mind.I enjoy the standing meditation but the attitude i feel after the meditation doesnt last much time.I believe the attitude will last longer if i practice daily.👍

Sir mere sath ye ho rha hai ki jaab mein 10 min meditation kartha hu to iske 2 or 3 hours ke baad jaab mein bhaar jata hu to automatically mere dimag mein thought ate ha kya karu iska koi solution bato sir ji please 🙏🥺😭

Do starting of meditation & yoga increases in heart rate ? Or It's just post covid effect . I started practicing & converting my knowledge into practical just 3 days before . I know about meditation from past 3-5 years & spirituality from my childhood less than 10 years .
