I did this meditation for my ex a month or two ago and I was able to manifest him coming up for the weekend and while he was up here he told me about a dream he had where he felt unconditional love in this really deep way. Its just goes to prove that this works

I've done this meditation many many times. Today while I was repeating the things you said and delivering my loving message my tears were sliding down my cheeks. Because I truly felt sorry for having written a bad script for him to play and pushed him away, and I felt thankful for him having been so supportive of me during our relationship. After I finished the meditation I could not help but wept. I felt such a strong emotion that I was a bit confused as I could not really pinpoint what it was. I know I can't remain in high vibrations 100% and I need to let it out. I will keep doing this meditation and learn to love myself and others unconditionally, and achieve my freedom. Thank you Agnes. ❤️

I keep coming back to this one. This meditation allows me to give while not being selfish or wanting something from my SP. Today during the couple minutes of space I was breathing in deeply and out. My imagination went to I breathing in a golden light and breathing out that light onto my SP. Then we were embraced in a golden bubble as I continued to breath. While doing this, the sun broke the horizon and I could feel the warmth and recognized the golden light shining on me. I was just a cool experience since it happened while I was projecting that to my SP. Thanks!

I believe this is one of the meditations that cracked the 🥜 for me back in 2017. ❤️ However, never stop your new mental diet and keep your creations alive! 😊 Lots of love everyone.

I found you at the perfect time. I let go of my SP & decided to focus on me & truly loving myself and I was already getting my power back. I was a mess only a few short months ago. You have helped me immensely in just the few days I’ve been watching u, especially with the projecting. I see why I had such a difficult time with people & my sp. While doing this meditation I just started crying & it felt so good. I feel even more at peace, but it made me wonder if there’s some meditation for sending unconditional love to finances. That’s been my biggest struggle to manifest, I keep trying to make peace with my money fears but they always come back and I’m extremely financially challenged at the moment. I try not to say broke, in debt, poor) Though I’m working on these fears. Suggestions?

Just found this. One of my favorites. Really resonates with me. Very healing. My love interest is going through a difficult time trying to reconcile traditional Christian upbringing with newly awakened same-sex relationships. She has completely shut down any conversation and withdrawn. I can do nothing but be patient, understanding, compassionate and send her only the purest most selfless energy I know.

This made me cry, happy tears, tears of contrition and I felt like he was right here in front of me. He is my lifelong friend who I have a fractured friendship with. I am attending your Q&A on the 18th and can't wait to ask you some things I'm genuinely confused about. Some say you cannot use LOA to manifest a person because its manipulation.....I don't see it that way. You get what you are vibrationally attracted to. My meditation is for my sons. My beautiful Boys have always meant the world 🌎 💜 to me and have saved my life more then they know. My parents in heaven and my beautiful step niece and my person and a few good friends. My person has a girlfriend, and I literally overheard him say that so it's fact, and I do like him, we're good friends, have so much in common, and I never thought I'd feel such a strong connection with any guy like this, but I respect his relationship and would rather just be friends for now regardless how I feel. He'll be moving out of town soon anyway and I'm not even certain that his relationship will work out (he told me he didn't wanna be tied down after he moved and lately in his present relationship, I've sensed that he feels tied down and a little overwhelmed, and might not want to go that much farther into the relationship after he's moved but who knows?) No matter what happens, all I really care about is that he's happy, regardless of the slight pangs of jealousy and hurt, I feel that it played out like this for a reason. It hurts, it really does, yet a deep gut feeling has been telling me to just be patient, that all will be well in the end, that I should keep in touch with him because we have a spiritual connection. Through and through I just feel a sense of unconditional love and respect for him.

Great idea for meditation. Great script. Love you. But during the 'moments of silence' during which we enter our own thought process - Whats with the YAWNING?! & GRABBING the MIC?! & all that noise of ur hand on the mic & it acting like a funnel for amplifying the noise in the room?! Please record meditations with a little more care for the listener trying to stay in the mediations. Much obliged.

Hi Agnes. I have a question about sending unconditional love. My ex broke up with me due to his fear of intimacy and I have made him feel things he hasn’t felt before so he said he has to cut it. Hi Agnes, what is actually happening when I'm sending the love, I felt difficult for my "light" to get into my SP's heart? Is he rejecting the love I'm trying to send him? Should I repeat the meditation several times in a row? Or just let it go and try it again later?

Hi Agnes, how do we know if they are receiving it? Whenever I do this meditation after that I feel this energy and It gets stronger...then the person is always in my head, I don't miss them or long for them...they just popped up in my head. It's crazy.

MsAphio1925 people receive what we send, negative or positive, its just energy, energy is what drives everything (and focus) just know they do even if you dont get confirmation till a later date.
