Your physical body resides inside of you, you are a field of awareness/consciousness. Humanity is waking up to this truth. The more you contemplate on how a dream arises in your consciousness as you sleep, the more you can understand the way the physical reality works because all realities, all form is just a manifestation of your consciousness, it is all a dream whether you are embodied or not.
When you wake up from your dreams at night where do the objects (table, chairs, walls, buildings, nature), people, and the empty space of your dream-world go? Wasn't it just an illusion? Make no mistake - an illusion is real in the sense that yes, you experienced it, but it is just an illusion.
Contrary to our experience, the physical forms of our world are not as "real" as they feel. The physical world we experience is just as much a dream as our dreams at night.
It is important to realize that becoming more aware of the true reality is first and foremost a process. And the more you can understand it is a process, the easier and more joyful it can be. This process of awakening, becoming more lucid in your dream, your physical reality dream that is, entails shifting your perspective from your limited human/dream self to your unlimited eternal Self that is having the dream. The process activates your inner senses, expands your mental capabilities and allows us to see more of what has always been here but we were not able to experience because of our lack of understanding and our inactive inner senses.
Enlightenment is knowing yourself as the dreamer i.e., knowing yourself as the consciousness that is projecting the dream, as well as knowing yourself as your ego structure/personality. It is also knowing what the dream is, how it functions and how to consciously create from within the dream.
By practicing standing as your expanded deeper self you become more and more familiar with this state of being. It's like learning to walk again, but as your true self. It requires practice.
Your True Self is more of who you already are just without the fear. When you stand as your true self you shine more of your true Self, the Light of Consciousness that you are into this physical world. You begin to see the limited beliefs for what they are, you begin to understand the structure of your mental, emotional bodies and how they create and influence the physical body. Resistance, created by the limited conditioning is transformed. Shine your light!
