Great idea adding in the zucchini. I must try it next time. Just as an idea, would it be possible to show your cooking temperature in Celsius as most countries use this format.

OH BOY! I made these tonight for dinner and they are so full of flavor. My family loved, loved, loved them. I served the kebobs with yellow rice. delish!
The hottest setting on my air fryer is 400 °F so, I would choose that and keep an eye. About 8 minutes is what I'm guessing :) Let me know how they turn out if you try it.

Coriander, Oregano and lemon juice. I frequently get a gyro and a side chicken skewer from this Mediterranean restaurant near me and couldn't quite place what was making the chicken taste so good. Enough to make me want to do cartwheels down the street. I figured black pepper and garlic were in play, but couldn't figure out the rest. Now it makes sense. I am definitely going to give this a shot.
Update: I just did it like you did in this video and it was exactly what I was looking for. Its the lemon soaked chicken and the oregano flavor I was looking for. I sprinkled some cayenne pepper over the top while cooking to give some heat. I think this is a perfect dish. I used breast because there wasn't any skinless thighs around. Its a fine line between moist and overcooked but I got it.
