I made this dish tonight for dinner and it was amazing. Just wish I had some crusty bread to scoop up the sauce with. Hi, the recipe looks absolutely wonderful. I have few questions. I live in Pakistan so don't get archicoke here, what can I replace that with in this recipe? Also I don't drink or use wine, what can I use instead of white wine you used? Last question, what can be the sides with this dish? Thank you so much for your hard work in sharing the videos.
