Another Brilliant discussion on the power of Rhythm and movement disorders. This channel should be Mandatory viewing for any Music Therapist or the programs that train them! Particularly loved the focus on taking programs "to the home". Nobody lives in "the lab" or "The clinic". life is lived at home and elsewhere, and useful programs need to have a simple and smooth transition for the clinic to the home. In the vast world of exercise THE single most "rhythmically entraining" activity is the speed bag. It creates its own metronome and it is a core part of the Rock Steady Boxing program for Parkinson.
