The MEE audio Connect Bluetooth wireless headphone system includes the Connect Bluetooth Audio Transmitter and Matrix Cinema Wireless Headphones and enables TVs and other devices to stream high-quality digital sound wirelessly to up to two Bluetooth headphones or speakers for the ultimate music and movie experience.
This video will help you set up your Connect to work with your TV.
Step 1: Charge both the Connect Transmitter and Matrix Cinema Bluetooth headphones.
Step 2: Power on. The Connect and Matrix Cinema headphones are paired and ready to use. (If you need to pair a new headphone, watch at 1:02)
Step 3: Choose ONLY ONE audio cable supported by your TV: either optical, 3.5mm, or RCA.
Step 4: Adjust the volume using your Bluetooth headphones.
Step 5: Powering Off

You can put the TV on "mute" from your controller. If you don't want to hear the TV when using the headphones.

If your TV has a digital optical audio output (also known as a TOSLINK or Optical S/PDIF connection), you will be able to use this device with Bluetooth headphones AND hear the TV's built-in speakers simultaneously, so others can still listen to the TV without headphones. Today MAY 05 2020 I just bought it and works great! I see that the optical cable supply power from the tv to the Bluetooth, I wonder if after turning the tv off the Bluetooth will need to be set up all over again? I bought before 2 headphones and a Bluetooth from amazon (avantree brand) and didn’t work so I returned after trying for several hours to fix it, even a tutorial from this brand didn’t work. After that I called avantree costumer service and they sent me to email them. I got the email where it said that they will contact me after 24 hrs not including weekends or holidays so It was Friday when I got the email and I didn’t want to wait two o more days! So I returned. By the way they never called me back! The set up suppose to be easy for average people and this brand (MEE audio) it’s great! My tv is a little old, one of the firsts Samsung smart tv from 2012 55’’ and this time everything just went good!

The optical cable does not supply power, you would need to use the USB charging cable and plug into a wall outlet or power strip to get continuous power, that way you can avoid setting up the device over and over each time you use it.

MEE audio Thanks for the information, I did use the usb cable to plug into a wall outlet after using my iPhone’s usb single port charger 🔌 because the set do not bring anything to plug it into the outlet. So...I’ll give 4 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars instead 5.

Hi there! Any USB wall adapter can be used with the included charging cable. You may already have one around such as an extra cellphone or tablet adapter.

Headset only charges to 30%. Not sure why. It'll be 2 weeks this Saturday that we purchased product.

I had 3 quick questions, 1. Will it work for a Samsung Smart TV? 2. When we are sitting with family/watching a show together, do we need to switch off the unit completely or it adjusts itself accordingly? 3. Can it connect to any other Bluetooth headphones(other than the Mee headphones eg: Sony, Bose)?

1. Has worked with majority of Samsung Smart TV's. 2. You will get simultaneous sound on both the TV and Headset. You don't need to power it off unless you choose to. 3. where do i look for solution to my volume control issue with my volume control on the headset? everything work great except the volume control will not adjust the volume on headset. why? what else do i need to do

Set the tv volume to desired level with the TV remote, not the cable remote, then clear and re-pair your system. You will,not be able to adjust volume from there unless you repeat the procedure with new volume setting.

We would suggest to perform a Factory Reset on the Connect. Press and Hold the "A" Button until the Blue light turns off. Afterwards, put your headphones into Pairing Mode by pressing and holding the power button until the indicator lights starts to blink red and blue. Afterwards, tap the "A" button on the connect and shortly afterwards, the blue light will solid blue. This will indicate that both devices are connected to one another.

Using the headphone jack automatically disconnects sound from the tv itself.

I bought this a couple days ago. Yesterday I got 2 headphones working. Today my second set won't pair. It works with my other devices so I know it's no the headphones.

It's a possibility that one of the headphones unpaired or paired to something else in the room. The Connect should show Two Solid Blue Lights at the top indicating 2 devices are paired. -MEE audio Customer Support

You can use the Mic when the headphones are used with a Cellphone on a call or video call.

When using with the transmitter, you can't. You could only use the Mic when you are using the headphones with a mobile device, like cell phone, laptop or tablet.
