Yes, I agree. Some people would look at Meagan and would call her stupid. But that is what Meagan wants them to think, so that they don't expect too much of her. They would fall for her tricks.
@@AxxLAfriku the moment I saw you at the club I totally had to ask you out I was actually afraid you would be one of those high maintenance chicks like a control freak
My worry is that high schoolers wouldn't see how ridiculous Meegan's behavior is and they'd just be like, "Meegan is a strong woman, I want to be like her!" *shiver*
Agree. And some people are surprised how Peele was able to direct all those films. It's because they haven't watched Key and Peele sketches. Some of the twists in their skits were terrifying lol.
@@type335 absolutely yes, this is turned comic and willingly exaggerated but people with this way of thinking actually exist and this manipulative actually exist. Take care of yourselves brothers. They absorb your life energy
@@ilsagita5257yea I don't get it. Like just be nice to people. Enjoy yourself. Some people just love to complain. 😂 im like HEY shhh... nachoes and videogames?❤ no? OK bye
“You’re a controlling, manipulative person. Everyone says it”, may just be the most textbook dialogue for toxic relationships I’ve heard. So why do I still laugh?
I wish everyone who still says "legend says that..." would go in the back and break a glass and bring me the biggest shard so that I can use it to split their throats and watch them bleed out.
Coming out of a manipulative relationship like this and coming to terms that this is real and I experienced it first hand and came out on the other side gives me clarity. The waiter that tried to save Andre reminds of my family and friends that attempted to save me and tell me to run. It’s just something else looking at it hindsight today.
I thought it was Bill Spearshakes. I'm gonna steal this name(grabs drill, hacksaw, and jackhammer) construction sounds in the background. There that should do it.......
@@pjom4191 it’s a trap that women do on purpose all the times. A chick I hooked up with left her stuff at my place on purpose. Guess what I’ain’t calling her.
Unfortunately Andre has been trapped by Meegan, after crawling through the desert to her feeding ground. Now he lives an entire life trapped with her as his real body dies. Perhaps if he can get free of Meegan in his mind he'll wake up to be free of her.
That beautiful waiter tried his best to save Andre from the inevitable pain of dating Meegan. His sincerity is so sweet and desperate; I love it!! #YouTried #TipYourWaiter!
"Siri, call Andre!" 😂😂 "Goes into projector's hole" 😅 Yo, check your girl! "No one checks me, cuz I am not a luggage!" Control your lady! "Excuse me, no one controls me--cuz I am not a remote!" 😂 I can't control laughing right now.
It's still so wild to me how great Jordan is at playing female characters. He honestly looks better dressed up as a woman than a lot of women. He looks beautiful in both of the club sidewalk scenes especially.
When people see Meeghan as a role model and completely miss the idea that she’s the definition of toxic. Guess it’s just as believable as flat earth-ers and COVID deniers + anti vaxx nut jobs.
@@24fretsoffury meegan is the type to wear double masks in her car, demand everyone get the not really a vaccine jab for a virus with a 99.9% survival rate. And if they don't, she'll call them flat earthers, covid deniers and anti vaxers lol
This entire show is just sheer perfection; Peele & Key's writing and acting, makeup & costume crew, supporting roles, and just everyone and everything involved in this!! I especially love reading the comments and feeling like I'm there laughing with all of y'all!! 🤣 When "just the waiter" was so precise to say 87° out, I had to pause the video just to write this!! 😅 If you read this far, I hope you have an amazing day and life!!
@@becominghero9754 I don't think men expect women to take up their fights. It's mostly Meegans torturing Andres of the world irrespective of race or nationality. 'And women, too' is something a Meegan would say.
I love these sketches. I actually know a girl who acts like this, but to her friends. It’s exhausting. The fake crying, the loudness, the lack of self-awareness. I hate drinking with her because she needs so much attention at all times that she’ll just leave without saying anything and walk down whatever street until someone comes to find her. She’ll save her emotional breakdowns for when we’re all having a good time so we have to stop and give her attention, or she’ll be sexually inappropriate and make us uncomfortable. She even flakes on half the things she’s invited to, then makes anything she attends all about her. It really upsets me because I’ve got a lot going on and some of these times I really needed an emotional release but kept it to myself because a gathering isn’t an excuse to emotion-dump, but then get roped into her issues and have to summon the energy to help *her* while I’m just trying to distract myself and have a nice time. We’re in our mid-20’s and it feels like high school when she’s around. (Not really my friend but in my group. I’ve tried but she is just way too much of an energy vampire. Still nice to her ofc, but I dread her company now)
This just kills me each and every of the many times I have watched it. From now on, when someone comes to visit and starts to leave without their phone, jacket, whatever, I am gonna run behind them with whatever it is, and yell, “Meegan, your jacket, though!!!” They will be totally confused (I am an old lady and most of my peers aren’t the Key and Peel aficionados I am) but I will forward the sketch to them to watch when they get home. Yeah, they will appreciate it it, though probably not as much as I do. My millennial nephew shares my love for them though.
