I just hit 500 miles on my hurricane. I love this board. I have their cyclone wheels on the way, but I'll probably ride on the pneumatics most of the time. I ride this board and my Meepo mini every day and night. Great boards!
@@Pattower Yeah one tire went flat last week. I'm glad I have other wheels. Other than that they are great wheels if you don't mind patching them. I'm staying with my airless wheels for now
Great video! I'm hoping to get one soon. Though if youre going to be riding fast, especially in/around traffic a helmet is a really good idea. One texting driver could ruin everything.
Just got mines. I set it up with the cloud wheels. But when I’m going it sounds like something is loose and when I brake it feels like the belt is slipping. Any advice? Love your video and energy man
Question - the off road tires say inflate to 50psi, is that recommended? That's a lot of pressure for these small tires! They came already inflated to 25psi.
🐍This time,, you have a quality machine there. Tried and truly tested over the past few years. It is NOT a cheap entry level machine anymore. Don't sell it. It's a keeper. 🖖🤙
@@adobomoto🐍That was a nice hill climb illustration, best skateboard videography I've seen in my 4 years of eSk8boards. I don't like getting off my board to turn 90° or tighter on sidewalks. Are they making a longrange Kicktail board❓ 1🖖🤙
@@bob-opro4924 Its been afew days, did you find out why it is / was disconnecting ? Did you find a solution ? Does your board and remote come with an exact date of manufacture ? ( i.e to confirm newest firmware versions ). Have you noticed any other issues so far ?
Word to the wise: I’ve had two meepos and both have had countless issues. Yes, the customer service is responsive, but that’s only within the warranty period. Save your $. Your Meepo WILL break and the long shipping times will leave you without a board for multiple weeks. I’ve done a couple thousand miles on Meepo in total, and I wish I would’ve gone with a premium board from the beginning. They’re fine as a beginner board, but don’t expect more than a few months without issues.
What's premium? Ive looked a bunch of companies and it's seems like they all have issues. Really bugging me cus I want to buy a board and not have it break in a month.
Definitely want the hurricane, I’ve been looking at the wowgo at2, but for little bit more the hurricane looks like my board! Shit might get them both, haven’t been out cruising since high school!
If I could only have one, I’d go Hurricane. The Hurricane can do some off road and has a better turn radius for street riding. Plus you can swap some PU wheels or cloud wheels onto the meepo. The Endeavor S is more for off road. I find it difficult to street ride the endeavor s because of the turn radius.
🐍Now all you need is a kicktail board(ONSRA Challenger) to get up & down curbs. Built by Fabi, same living room hand-built story as your Meepo guy. EXCEPT...Sorry Fabi, where's your 6A charger, lol. 🖖🤙
It was san francisco steep. But honestly who cares? Goes up hills with ease..cali hills, Washington hills? Why don’t i just go to the skatepark? Lmao..doesn’t matter
@@adobomoto who cares? We care that’s why we’re here talking smack. And bo it want San Francisco steep. I live in the bay. And that hill you went up was a joke. That hill you went up I can roll myself up that hill like an egg roll with ease.
@@RogerEssigArtist oh man, I hope not. I’ve been skateboarding for 18years. I had one spill where I wished I had a helmet - this was something big though. Haven’t had any spills or close calls just cruising. Also, from riding motorcycles, i’m not sure I even trust a helmet that’s not full face.
*BEST* is a VERY subjective word. especially in the esk8 game. tonsss of different setups/features/specs on hundreds of different boards… i enjoy my hurricane but i definitely dont feel like its the best for me.. sure as hell worth the money.. very good product.. but im also having issues with it.. also, that range and top speed isnt really accurate and its on street setup, not pneumatic tires.. nice video bro 🤙🏼
@@adobomoto 🐍You two need to demonstrate your board hill climb over here. Climb a Volcano. Biggest mountain in the 🌎 WORLD. I will let you unbox my SONDORS MadMods Scrambler sitting in my hallway. Then Jason can ride the Scrambler while you pass him on your Meepo. I'll be an extra in the scene on my Grizzly. Then we all detour into the Pineapple field dirt road for a 🍍 snack before bombing down Kamehameha Hwy at top speed to Haleiwa to demonstrate your range test. 🖖🤙
I’ll wear a full suit and lid when I ride my bikes, and a helmet on my sur ron…but I don’t think I’ll rock one on these esk8’s. I don’t personally think I ride fast enough to speed wobble. I just cruise.
@@adobomoto The way you fall on a bike and on a esk8 is a bit different. Esk8 gives a sense of false confidence. Hope you never have an accident! Even at low speeds it can be bad. There’s lots of examples with a quick google search. Stay safe!
@@adobomoto that way because of the black friday sale. I got mine on sale for 1400, 2-1. Still worth it for sure. if this board was made by evolve, it would be $2800+
Ok nube.. Mabe ask around, or learn to ride well to be able to decern and make such bold claims as "best electric skateboard" and such. BTW stiff carbon boards can never be "best", becouse your literally riding a 2x6 with zero give or suspension.
@@adobomoto I do ride. I'm just looking for opinions to buy a board for my daughter, and since your video is claiming "worlds best electric skateboard, i looked for like a few minutes. I already own multiple boards including some of the most high end ones available. Your just being misleading, and obviously bunch of kids will purchase board based on your recommendations. So I don't know if your sincere, or just being payed to provide positive reviews, but if you're payed to lie, than that's a low thing to do.
