I got mine about a month ago and have been having a blast. My goal is a belt drive all terrain board however till I have the 2000 bucms saved up this one is going to see many wonderful hours riding mountain roads.

@@agent5758 I have put so many mile on that sucker it is ridiculous. Usually, weather permitting, I would go for a 10 to 15 mile ride after work. I have upgraded to the donut tires which smoothed out the ride quite a bit. I want a belt drive but I like how quiet the hub drive is. I have been seeing some new things from meepo and am planning to upgrade in the spring and that way I can have a board on hand for my friends to ride too.

I love my meepo board but they need to offer a more durable substitute for the deck. The board has to much power for a wood board and I broke mine at the trucks from vibration on the sidewalk. I live in an area where all roads are 4 lane high ways

What do you use for backpack lights?

I use ace-beam EC 65 lights and 3d printed some angled mounts for them on my backpack.

Those shots are clean man, way better than some of the folks out there. Shuffle is a decent hub board for the money. But still hub haha.

Thank you, yea i wanted to shy away from the GoPro and 360 camera footage i feel this gives viewers a better view of how a board looks to the human eye. Do you ride?

Accurate video. I had to take mine apart after two weeks. But excellent customer service. They honor the warranty, but you may need some basic electrical troubleshooting skills. My esc failed and needed replacing.

Thanks for sharing! I hear a lot of esc trouble with these models. id actually be interested in trying to replace it with a hobbywing esc although im not sure if that would work.

@@calebsava The ESC stands for Electronic Speed Controller, it regulates the power that goes to the motors, basically the brain of the boards. if it breaks, in most cases the board is unusable.

Opposite experience for me. Customer service was shit and they did nothing for me within 6 months. Board was fun for the beginning few months, but customer service is definitely lacking

@@aperkins07 I actually ended up breaking my ankle because of a faulty battery. It lost power and caused me to crash owing to my speed and lack of brakes. I had contacted them about it before the crash, and they gave me such the run around. They wanted me to provide detailed proof requiring lots of trouble shooting, when I should have been able to just send it back for them to check and warranty if needed. So i crashed and ended up on crutches. My board has needed a new battery, a new esc and a new remote. And I'm having difficulty with one of the hub motors now, which thankfully I have an extra. They're great boards when they work.

Your review is great even if the sound is a bit muffled ! I'm riding a Meepo V2 and the experience is very good ! Maaaaan, your mudgard looks great, where can I find the same ? I live in Paris France and I have no idea where I can find that kind of stuff. Is it DIY ?

Hey I'm glad you liked the video, my mudguards are custom 3d printed, here is a video on how I made them. I have the er and the fast charger and the cloud wheels look so good but if your going for range and acceleration then it will kill that bc of the bigger wheels

mine accelerated from under me causing partial acl tear, meniscus tear, avulsion tear, major bone bruising, and more. i had fun on it but fear going back on it after i fully recover(around 3 more months) this all happened at the end of january and got it at the end of december during that month i enjoyed the board a lot with just exploring. i kinda pushed its ability the day it happened so it’s my fault

Should buy the er battery and just switch it out for the regular battery. And if you bought the board off Amazon with a warranty should prob just get a new shuffle instead of replacing hub motors

The price is beginner friendly however the ride isn't great with a very twitchy esc so im hesitant to say that its perfect but this was my first board, and i did get into the hobby so I guess so.

I wish i shopped around a little more before i got the board i got. This one's way better. Mine is a blackhawk electric and it maxs out at 20kmh and i only get about 8-9kms from a charge

This board is good for beginners for about a month if youre lucky (board doesn't malfunction). Also in order to get the full millage usage out of it I wouldn't recommend using speed modes 3 or 4 as those speed modess drastically drain the battery. It's good for cruising around your neighborhood though at a decent 5 to 15 mph on speed levels 1 and 2 for about 6 miles not the advertised 10 mile range. It would be a decent price for the board If it did as advertised. Board just took a dump. Defective battery and the Meepo customer support which responds to you a day later maybe sucks big time. still no replacement battery, they don't honor the warranty as advertised and they don't have live chat or a number to call. They also make you jump through hoops watching videos and demand you record videos of you attempting to repair and diagnose the problem with the board on your own with tools you may not even have...

I'm sorry to hear about your experience, I'm very surprised they wanted you to try and repair the battery yourself that's the one thing I wouldn't let customers touch, very dangerous!

7:03 You clearly can replace the sleeves without replacing the whole motor. You yourself showed one you took off, and meepo sells more. Maybe I’m misunderstanding what you meant?

At the time of this review, the only option was to buy a new hub motor, I've taken them apart and there doesn't seem to be a good way of taking the PU off the hub, I'm not sure if they have something new for this but at the time there wasn't.

They look amazing! I wonder if they will improve the performance of the ESC aswel. as currently its a little jittery, takes of really fast. so with bigger wheels it should perhaps slow it down a tad when accelerating.

I got the v4 ,but mine does make it to 11 miles range.. probably because I weight only 115 pound…. I want to get the meepo mini 2 ER now 😂

why do people assert that micro USB is inferior for charging? How is this an issue for anyone?

I never assert that Micro USB is inferior for charging I'm just not a fan of it. the connectors are fragile compared to USB c and I don't like carrying extra cables about, id rather only have to carry usb c. alongside this, it's about to become a regulation in Europe for devices to use USB c for charging.
