You can easily see that he loves to play the violin and perform. Yes maybe he was pressured to start playing a music instrument but he specifically chose to play violin. He seems happy now and thats all that matters.

The one thing that bothers me about this is the parents attitude. “We dont pressure him on game day.” He’s 13. You shouldn’t pressure him at all. If he WANTS to play the violin then so be it but let the kid make his own choices.
ChexSoXoxo lah, he only practice 3 hours of classical a day. Ling Ling practice 40 hour and parents don’t even have to force him. Ling Ling started playing in fathers balls lah.

Coming from a violinist (for whatever that's worth), he's really good. I thought this was just something for show but he's legit talented and hard-working. Nothing but respect.
