Caden has been a patient at Penn State Health Children’s Hospital since before he was even born. Diagnosed with Down syndrome and 16 other conditions, Caden has faced each challenge with determination and joy. Caden was named the 2015-16 Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals Champion for Pennsylvania, and will serve as an ambassador on a local, state, and national level. Learn more at www.cmnhershey.org/
