Excellent Sheldon! I like Faye, but how horrendous that some despicable piece of human detritus stole those seats and headlamp! Now if you restore Faye, will you also re-install the air conditioning system? You have a great Mum, who gave you you new cam.
I would advise you invest in two car covers for the upcoming autumn and winter months, I would spray some WD40 on that exposed engine cylinders and duct tape it over, You could also use that white Rover as a practice car for welding and paint preparation for your red one, It will be considerably cheaper for a full respray if you have done most of the prep yourself
Every car I have ever owned or worked on has had drain holes in the bottom of the door as it's virtually impossible for manufacturers to make a lowering window which totally seals against the rubber strips.
Mate! Look at all those rev counters you have across the 3 cars! That's probably more than any entire stock here in Australia, actually it is, I can't find any here :)
Why on earth would someone nick a headlight, for Pete's sake? The seats i could understand, but surely new headlights are still available?!! Perhaps it's a good omen that you're moving the cars somewhere else....the pilfering lowlifes out there won't be be to nick anything else! Nice solid looking car.....i'd advise that you get some new heads on that exposed V8, before the winter sets in Sheldon....cylinder bores will corrode fairly quickly if exposed to the elements for too long. Or at the very least, get some protective spray oil and go over all over the sensitive areas periodically, if you haven't already.
