im training for about more than 2 years now .... when first time i entered in the gym , trainer said " are bina supplements ke to time waste karne vali baat hai " im natural , never took anything in my life .. just eggs , chicken , fish and most imp .. trainig six times a week

tarun ji.... I love BODYBUILDING... 7 months SE workout kar raha hoon gym meh...supplement b achi tarah SE leraha hoon..dietb maintain karraha hoon.. 45 kg SE 65 kg pahnchgaya... 5ft 6 inch,age 25.... Trainer bola ki bulk karo,aur huge banjao... but 7 months SE try karraha hoon,but yeh lower belly fat jaata hi nae... kya karoon...kam hota hi nae... bulk karne ka kosis karna suru krta hai tho peth nikal jaatae... aur abhi tak kabi kudka abs hi nae dekha... November ko state competition meh participate karna hai... tho aap abi bataiye tho ki meh kya karoon... mujhe aur huge hona hai but yeh peth ko dekhne ka Mann nae hai... kuch suggest kijiye

suweesh: Take one look at Wasim and Murali 's competition pics and you will see the great muscle bellies they have. Especially Murali, his muscles look ridiculously 3d. I think that constitutes good genetics. You would not be competitive at Mr. Universe if you did not have above average genetics. In case you doubt that drugs are not as important, just google "bodybuilding destransformations" to see how quickly Olympia level bodybuilders lose mass when they get off most of their drugs.
