Interpreting in the USA is different especially when it comes to conference interpreting, but not impossible! #bossupandrise everyone!

At Versailles and the Congress of Vienna (1815) obviously there was no simultaneous interpretation. Can somebody refer me to a source which discusses the language issues they had at both meetings?
