Meet Lazarus, the African helmeted turtle (Pelomedusa subrufa) 

African helmeted turtles are wonderful, engaging turtle pets. Given a proper diet and environment they are easy to care for and don't get too large. They will eat anything you put in their tank, including other turtle species so should only be kept singly or with others of their species. #turtle #cuteturtle #turtlecare #petturtle
